The twin suite we booked was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The hotel's interior aesthetics were impressive, with a European vibe that we loved. The location was convenient, near the ferry terminal and with easy access to attractions like Da San Ba. The staff provided good customer service, with English-speaking attendants during check-in. we would highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or small groups of friends.

For families with children, it would be great to have more activities or facilities specifically catered to them.

The standard king room is good-sized with 2 bathtubs, harbour view, an ashtray.

The hotel is overall very nice and well-appointed, has well-trained staff on shift. The rooms here are brand-new and neat with baths. The restaurant in the venue is good with great food and staff.

I absolutely loved the elegant interior design of the hotel. The decoration was so beautiful and it made me feel like I was in a luxurious old-world setting. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere for my vacation. The hotel's accessibility was perfect for senior people like me, with easily accessible ramps and elevators to make moving around the hotel hassle-free.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. They were friendly, but sometimes they seemed a little overwhelmed and not as helpful as I would have liked.

This brand-new hotel had particularly good views. The room was huge and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with variety of meals. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from an art museum. Further, it was short walk to the Peninsula as well as Wynn. Stay here was very comfortable, I didn't want to leave.

I truly enjoyed the room with baths, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Morning meal food was delicious and excellent. Location: the hotel was so close to museums and food and the attractions like Da San Ba.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Macau! The location is perfect, situated between two casinos and in a traditional area of the city. I loved being able to easily access both the Sands Casino and the Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with two bathtubs and a balcony overlooking the water - I felt like I was in paradise! The attention to detail was impeccable and the breakfast each morning was delicious. I was even upgraded to a higher class room with a stunning sea view - it was a lovely surprise! the value for money was fantastic and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel also provided a free coach service to various attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. The health club and spa were also great amenities to enjoy during my stay.
